Toy Story 3

Do You Have a Child-Friendly Office? So you have some children come to your office and what do they see? Would it be possible that you are person that is really into children and their world? Are there any classic toys, children’s books, puzzles, maybe even some of your favorite toys? (i.e., Star Wars, Beanie Babies, Muppets, Disney characters, animals, Cars and Trucks, Coloring books, colored pencils, some games, and something to show them, to name a few). How about Toy Story characters?

So why is this important for you to look like a children’s leader that is really into their culture? I tell you it could make a big difference for children wanting to come to your office. Try it and see what I mean. Put some effort into this idea, you will be glad you did. Have some things lying out, to create some curiosity and delight. I remember the first time I visited Karl Bastian’s Church office. Whoa, it was like going to a toy store, shelves filled with the tools of the trade—toys!

Of course, you can ignore this idea, if you would rather not have any children come to your office—your choice. You could look like the executive pastor with a clean desk and nothing for the children there.
