It is true, the neighborhood was frightened to death by two Tigers that roamed freely in the streets of Lutherville, MD, last night. One nervous family reported that, “These fearless Tigers came right up to their door and growled.” Can you imagine it? They were so frightened that they throw food at them, and closed their door. They were hoping that those dangerous Tigers would just go away. Finally, the Tigers went down the street, scaring everyone is sight. People ran into their homes, really scared. They had never seen Tigers in this neighborhood before.

For the rest of the report…

Another neighbor, who also encountered the Tigers said, “The Tigers would only leave their front porch, when they throw candy out the door.” Tigers usually eat meat, but these Tigers must have been so hungry that they would even eat candy. Another neighbor reported, “When the Tigers ate the candy, they became as gentle as two kittens.” The Baltimore Zoo officials said, “Tigers have been known to have a sweet tooth.” However, Tiger researchers cannot seem to figure out just why this behavior happens annually, around this time of the year.

The intimidation factor was done. These two Tigers, reportedly, roaming up and down the streets without fear, managed to scare the neighborhood for over an hour. When the authorities showed up, the Tigers both had vanished into the darkness, as quickly as they came. It is unknown, at this time, just where they went. Apparently, they got what they wanted, candy. Finally, most people locked their doors and turned out their lights, much relieved that the whole Tiger ordeal was over.

Today, the neighborhood is getting back to normal, but they are still abuzz about those two dangerous Tiger sightings. It was a frightful night in the neighborhood, Lutherville, MD.

Reporter’s Notes: These are Papa’s Grandsons: Benjamin (Tigger) and Tennyson (Tiger), Spencer was dressed as “sleeping baby,” while Jennifer, the zoo keeper, posed with her creations.
