• What is the India Web?
The India Web is a network for those interested in India. We will seek to find those who have been there, those who know someone who has been there, those that want to go there, those that want to help others to go there and those who have available resources needed to help India.
The India Web is trying to make strong connections with Christians to encourage prayer, training, resources and support to help Godly national leaders reach and teach the lost in India, especially the next generation of children and youth (50% of the population is under the age of 20).
India is a vast country having a population of over 1 billion people. Its area is 1/3rd the size of the US. It has 29 states and 6 Union Territories under a Federal System. Here people have different religious affinities and worship 33 million gods of 4635 people groups and 6400 castes. Here people use 18 major languages and 1670 dialects. There are over 700,000 Rural Villages in India. Almost 600 million live in deep poverty and out of this 300 million live below the poverty line.
On September 29-30 There was a Ministry Faire at Whittier Area Community Church, we were able to have a display table to represent our Kid Mission Trip to India. We were able to make some new contacts for India and distribute more information about India. It was a great time, many other mission projects/programs were represented there too.

Barney – this is awesome and I suspect you may get flooded with interested parties. Love the photo at the top. Way to go and we’ll see you this weekend at Ministry Faire!!!!! May God Bless your efforts with much fruit!
